FormsIn provides a cloud-based form builder platform that enables users to create, customize, and deploy forms with integrated payment processing, analytics, and workflow automation capabilities.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Platform Fees

FormsIn charges a platform fee on transactions processed through our payment integration. These fees are clearly disclosed in your plan details and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FormsIn and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using our service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process any data you gather through forms created on our platform.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We provide support as outlined in your subscription plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormsIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FormsIn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
